Hallo zusammen, bei uns im Backend sind die Variablen Informationen der E-Mail Vorlagen (fast) komplett leer. Beim Versand der E-Mail werden aber auch Variablen erkannt, die in den Variablen Informationen nicht gelistet sind. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte? VG
