# Userdaten von Shopware 3.5.6 nach Shopware 5

Hallo zusammen, weiss zufälling jemand wie ich die Userdaten von meinem Shopware 3.5.6 Shop in den Shopware 5 Shop bekomme ? Es gibt ja einen User Import Export Menupunkt, funktioniert das denn auch für die verschlüsselten Passwörter richtig ? Vielen Dank Michael

Hallo, das müsstest du einmal testen, das habe ich gerade nicht im Kopf. Wenn du aber deine Daten sauber übernehmen willst (bspw. auch Bestellungen, das geht per Import/Export nicht) müsstest du schon ein Update über das Updascript ausführen. Hier wäre der Weg: Update 3.5.6 auf 4.1.2 Update 4.1.2 auf 4.2.3 Update 4.2.3 auf 5.0.0 Wenn man nicht den Autopupdater nutzt, kann direkt von 4.2.x auf 5.0.0 aktualisiert werden. Grüße Moritz
