# Uptdate Problem

Hallo,  
nachdem wir auf das neue Update aktualisiert hatten, dachten wir, der Shop läuft ohne Probleme…

Heute früh dann die Mail, dass Kunden nicht Bestellen konnten, es gab immer ein 500er Fehler also haben wir geprüft…

Neue Kundenregistrierung 500er Fehler  
Bestellung ohne Kundenkonto 500er Fehler

Systematisch haben wir dann einige Plug-ins gelöscht, bis es scheinbar Funktionierte … Jetzt haben wir das Problem, das wir den Lieferstatus nicht mehr ändern können.

Wir erhalten immer den fehler

Beim Speichern der Bestellung 21455 ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.

das Plugin Blauband Email () Mail aus dem Backend wurde gelöscht da es noch nicht kompatibel ist

In der DB-Tabelle s\_core\_auth\_attributes wird eine Spalte „blauband\_email\_newsletter“ erwartet.  
Kannst ja mal versuchen es einzufügen.  
Beispiel SQL:

```auto

ALTER TABLE s_core_auth_attributes ADD COLUMN `blauband_email_newsletter` VARCHAR(255) NULL

```
