# Update von CE3.56 auf 4.12 und 5 seither frontend nicht erreichbar

seit ich die update auf 4 und dann auf 5 gemacht kann ich das frontend nicht mehr erreichen.
folgendes wir ausgegeben:

Schon nach dem Update auf die 5er Version gab es diese Fehlermeldung:

Hi,
der erste Fehler deutet darauf hin, dass du versuchst das Template aus SW3 zu nutzen. In SW5 wird das aber nicht mehr unterstützt. Lediglich das Template von SW4 wird bis Version 5.2 noch in SW5 unterstüzt.
Bei Fehler 2 könnte es sein das einige Dateien nicht korrekt übertragen worden sind.

ja das stimmt schon: das template habe ich nicht verändert. beim Update von 3.56 auf 4.1 hat das soweit noch funktioniert. heisst das,dass das template von 3.56 zwar in 4er version noch funktioniert. beim update auf 5 aber nicht mehr.

Korrekt, ein Template aus der 3er Version ist nicht mit SW5 kompatibel.

Dann werde ich mich mal dran machen das zu ändern.
Beim zweiten Fehler bin ich mir unschlüssig. wie kann ich kontrollieren ob alles korrekt übertragen wird ?

Wenn du ins Backend kommst, kannst du unter Einstelluneng -\> Systeminfo -\> Shopware-Dateien schauen ob alles auf grün steht.
Andernfalls manuell per FTP.

So geht.
Der Fehler war das falsche bzw. veraltete Template aus sw 3.56.
Es musste in der Datenbank SQL per php my admin die tabelle “s\_core\_templates” geändert werden. von 1 auf 2 .
