# Update von 6.3.4.1 auf 6.4.0.0 nicht möglich

Hallo zusammen,  
ich wollte gerade das Update Anstoßen. Der Vorgang wird abgebrochen, da die Plugins nicht deaktiviert werden können.  
Wenn ich diese händisch deaktivieren möchte, hab ich das Problem bei 2 Plugins auch.  
wenn ich zu Einstellungen → Plugins wechlse bekomme ich schon den Fehler " Nicht authorisiert -  
Die durchgeführte Aktion ist nicht erlaubt -\>Zur Shopware Dokumentation"  
Ich hab doch noch garnichts getan? mmh

wie kann ich das Update machen? buzw. gibt es ne bessere möglichkeit als über das Backend?

Leider nein. Das Update aus dem backend startet nicht. Bringt immer den Fehler.  
Muss /kann man das umgehen?

PHP ist die Version 7.4.16 sollte ja passen.  
Sodium hab ich nach installieren lassen.  
Was tut sodium?  
Wenn ich auf Update drücke kommt die Meldung: Update wird geladen, danach Plugins werden deaktiviert, dann der Abbruch.  
Konnte nicht alle Plugins deaktivieren.

Gesehen und geprüft?

**SQL**

- MySQL 5.7.21 oder höher  
**Die MySQL Versionen 8.0.20 und 8.0.21 sind auf Grund von technischen Problemen in diesen Versionen nicht kompatibel.**

oder

- MariaDB 10.3.22 oder höher  
**Die MariaDB Versionen 10.3.29, 10.4.19 und 10.5.10 sind auf Grund von technischen Problemen in diesen Versionen nicht kompatibel.**

Die Datenbank ist ne MariaDB 10.3.28. die sollte auch passen oder?  
Von daher sollte doch nichts im weg stehen oder?

Ich habe mal etwas im Forum geguckt und manche Personen konnten Plugins aufgrund anderer Plugins nicht deaktivieren. Ein Plugin war Amazon Pay.

Deinen Fehlercode erscheint mir erstmal nichts mit deinem Shop zu tun zu haben, sondern mit einer WordPress Installation (Wenn ich nicht komplett verkehrt liege).  
Wäre also für dein Problem denke ich erstmal außen vor.

Ich Schätze das du keine anderen Logs hast.  
Das Schnellste wäre eventuell einfach ein zweites frisches System aufzusetzen und dort die Installation durchzuführen.

Hab in nem anderen Beitrag gelesen, selbst als erfahrener Shopware User hat er vor dem Update bammel. Ich glaub ich mach echt ne duplette und versuche die Daten zu importieren, falls das geht.  
Plugins hab ich ein Theme, Paypal und noch so kleinigkeiten, als ich versucht hatte paypal händisch zu deaktivieren kam schon ein Fehler, dass das nicht geht. Evtl liegt es an dem. aber ich wüsste dann auch nicht die Lösung wie ich weiter machen sollte

In der letzten Zeit gibt es viele, die Probleme mit der neusten Shopware Version haben.

Soweit ich weiß kannst du in Shopware 6 Kunden und Artikel etc. als CSV exportieren und in ein neues System importieren.

Da du das nebenbei auf einem anderen System machen kannst, ohne dein Produktivsystem zu gefährden würde ich das machen.

Aufgrund der mangelnden Logs wird es vermutlich schwierig für uns fori’s dir beim Problem helfen zu können.
