# Update startet nicht

Ich habe eine Produktive Shopinstallation und auf dem gleichen Server eine Testinstallation in einem Unterverzeichnis.

In der Testinstallation habe ich ein Updatevon 5.5.1 auf 5.5.3 übers Backend durchgeführt. Das ist sauber durchgelaufen.

In der Produktivinstallation steht nach dem Start des Updates nun schon seit 15 Minuten „Vorbereiten“.

Wo kann denn da ein Problem liegen? Die Daten der Testinstallation waren abolut indentisch mit dem Produktivshop (frische Kopie von heute früh).

Ideen?

Öffne mal die Console im Browser - Vielleicht steht da der Fehler drin, warum er da hängt.

Leere mal den Cache, in dem du den production\_XXXX (X = Revisionsnummer) aus dem Ordner /var/cache löscht und probiere es dann erneut.
