Hallo,
ich wollte das genannte Plugin updaten, doch dann erscheint nur noch eine weiße Seite. Sowohl Frontend als auch Backend. Keine Fehlermeldung nichts.
Jemand eine Idee woran das liegen kann?
Danke und viele Grüße
Nadja

Eine weiße Seite deutet immer auf einem Server-Fehler (Error 5xx) hin. Bitte mal im Server-Log (nicht Shopware Log) schauen was dort angezeigt wird.

Hm, da hab ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

```auto
Das Plugin läuft schon seit Anbeginn des Shops und es gab nie Probleme beim Update.
Jemand eine Idee, was ich tun kann?
Soll ich das Plugin mal neu installieren?
Danke und liebe Grüße
Nadja
Welche Shop-Version? Welche Plugin-Version? Welche PHP-Version?
Hallo @nadjak
nach dem Update auf jeden Fall den Cache leeren. Der Fehler deutet darauf, dass Shopware versucht eine Klasse aus dem Cache zu laden, die es aber so in dem PayPal Plugin nicht mehr gibt. Daher muss der Cache neu aufgebaut werden.
Soweit komm ich ja gar nicht. Ich drücke auf installieren, es erscheint der downloadbalken, dann lädt die Seite neu und alles ist weiß. Da ist keine Möglichkeit mehr, irgendetwas zu tun.
Meinst du, ich soll den Cache über FTP löschen? Denn über das Backend geht nicht, da ich nur eine weiße Seite habe.
DAnke für den Hinweis mit dem Cache leeren. Ich habe den Cache vor dem Paypal-Update geleert.
Als ich das Update gestartet habe, hatte ich wieder die weiße Seite.
also nochmal den Cache geleert. Dann ging das Backend wieder, aber das Update war nicht durchgelaufen.
Nochmal den Cache geleert. Dann konnte das Update eingespielt werden.
Vielen Dank!
