Ich denke ja - musst dann vermutlich Paypal aber zunächst komplett deinstallieren, da es evtl. Änderungen in der DB gab.

Unter [https://account.shopware.com](https://account.shopware.com) anmelden und im Shopbetreiber-Bereich → Shops unten auf der Seite das PayPal Plugin raussuchen und die vorherige Version händisch herunterladen und dann im Plugin Manager händisch hochladen.
