# Update auf 6.6.0.2. steck fest

Hi,
ich wollte soeben ein Pilotinstall von 6.5.x auf 6.6.0.2 aktualisieren.
Der Update bleibt stehen mit einem leeren Bildschirm
Die letzte Domain ist
[http://loefflerweb.de.cloud6-vm397.de-nserver.de/shopware-installer.phar.php/finish](http://loefflerweb.de.cloud6-vm397.de-nserver.de/shopware-installer.phar.php/finish))
login ins backend geht natürlich auch nicht.
Irgend ein Rat? oder gleich die Datensicherung einspielen?

Da kommt ein Server Error 500. Mal die Logs durchsuchen was da als Fehler steht.

Auf welchem Weg wurde das Update gestartet? Ich kann nur über Composer empfehlen. Über’s Backend gibt nur Probleme.

Deaktiviere ansonsten über die Konsole oder Datenbank einmal alle Erweiterungen. Bei uns gab es nach dem Update auch erst einen 500 Fehler, weil die Erweiterungen noch nicht aktualisiert waren…

Ich hab aus verschiedenen Gründen mit einer frischen 6.6.0.2 von vorne gestartet.

Ich hänge mich hier mal mit dran, weil das Update bei mir auch nicht durchläuft.
Es endet in der Konsole mit folgender Meldung:

**console** ist ein symlink auf **shopware** - console ist gleich shopware.
Also shopware runterladen und einen symlink console auf shopware setzen - oder wahlweise auch shopware nach console kopieren.
