# Update 6.6.2.16 nach dem update 6.6.9.0 sinnvoll?

Hallo,

ich habe das Update von der V 6.6.8.2 auf die V 6.6.9.0 gemacht. Am 07.02.2025 kam das Update 6.6.8.16 raus. Soll ich das Update 6.6.8.16 nach dem Update 6.6.9.0 durchführen oder nicht?

6.5.x !!! Unabhängig davon, man kann nicht nach „unten“ updaten.

Ich würde noch nicht updaten, da du bereits mit 6.6 einigermaßen aktuell bist.

Zudem kommt bald 6.6.10 noch raus. An 6.7 wird auch gearbeitet und kommt im Mai final raus: [Erste Infos zum Major Release: Shopware 6.7 | Shopware](https://www.shopware.com/de/news/shopware-6-7-kommt-bald/)

Dann würde ich spätestens erst aktualisieren.

Bitte auch immer mal einen Blick auf die Release Policy werfen: [Shopware Release Policy | Shopware Documentation](https://developer.shopware.com/release-notes/)

Und: Ältere Releases wie 6.5.x nun komplett ignorieren, die auch noch aktualisiert werden.
