# Unauthorized

Hey,

ich habe gerade das Problem, wenn ich meine Startseite aufrufe, das ich folgenden Fehler angezeigt bekomme.

```
Unauthorized
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

```

Hat da jemand eine Idee, wie ich das beheben kann ?

Ich habe nun mal die Server Logo durch geschaut und finde dort nur folgendes:

> core.ERROR: Warm up http-cache error with shopId 1 Server error response [url]
> 
> [status code] 503 [reason phrase] Service Unavailable {„uid“:„330d97e“}

Rufe ich die Artikel aber direkt auf, funktioniert es. Nur die Startseite macht diesen Fehler…

Das unauthorized kommt nicht von Shopware.

Klingt als hättest du einen .htaccess-Schutz davorgeschaltet und falsche Zugänge eingegeben.
