# Tracking ID aus Email automatisch in Shopware importieren

Wir senden dem Händler eine Bestellung via email und erhalten später eine Versandbestätigung als email zurück. In dieser ist der Name & Anschrift und die Tracking ID.

wie bekomme ich dieses TID’s automatisch aus der Email in die TID Spalte von Shopware. Kann mir jemand bei diesem Problem helfen ?
