# timezone could not be found in the database - Error

Kennt jemand folgenden Fehler:&nbsp;

Tritt beim letzten Schritt im Chekout auf in einem Subshop Lokalisierung AU

Hallo,

hast du vielleicht Payone im Einsatz? Wir hatten da 2-3 Fälle im Support, da konnte dann der Payone-Support weiterhelfen.

Wir hatten PayOne im Einsatz, aber das ist mitlerweile deinstalliert und nur noch PaypayPlus im Einsatz …

Schau mal in die s\_oder\_attributes (bin mir gerade nicht sicher)&nbsp;- ist da vielleicht noch ein Freitextfeld mit dem Type “Date/Time”?&nbsp;  
Dann würde ich das mal in der&nbsp;s\_attribute\_configuration auf “display\_in\_backend = 1” und “custom = 1” stellen und das Freitextfeld über das Backend löschen.
