# The delay in releasing the plugin in Shopware store

I had uploaded my plugin as open source in Shopware store, while module upload,&nbsp;I didn’t check&nbsp;Shopware license check&nbsp;option under the “Additional options” tab, but merchant update my module through shop backend, the merchant&nbsp;receives the following error,

Sie besitzen keine gültige Lizenz um dieses Plugin zu verwenden.

Error code: BinariesException-15

Please provide the solution for this case.
