I had uploaded my plugin in Shopware store before one week, the automated code review also succeeded, but not yet activated from Shopware also status is maintained as “waiting on approval”, I want to know, what is the reason for time delay?

On the initial release the plugin is reviewed by one of my colleagues, the manual approval takes some time.

I had uploaded my plugin as open source in Shopware store, while module upload, I didn’t check Shopware license check option under the “Additional options” tab, but merchant update my module through shop backend, the merchant receives the following error,
Sie besitzen keine gültige Lizenz um dieses Plugin zu verwenden.
Error code: BinariesException-15
Please provide the solution for this case.
