# Test von Widerrufsformular-E-Mails

Wenn man im Backend eine Test-E-Mail über Einstellungen → E-Mail-Templates verschicken möchte, kommt diese Fehlermeldung: „Ungültiges Template, überprüfe die Syntax.“

Die Standard-Nachricht von Shopware 6.7.11.0 sieht so aus:

> Neuer Widerrufsantrag für den Vertrag mit der Nummer {{ revocationRequestFormData.contractNumber }}.
> 
> Weitere Informationen:  
> Vorname: {{ revocationRequestFormData.firstName }}  
> Nachname: {{ revocationRequestFormData.lastName }}  
> E-Mail-Adresse: {{ revocationRequestFormData.email }}  
> Vertragsnummer (Bestellnummer, Abonnementnummer, …): {{ revocationRequestFormData.contractNumber }}  
> {% if revocationRequestFormData.comment %}  
> Kommentar: {{ revocationRequestFormData.comment }}  
> {% endif %}
> 
> Das Formular wurde am {{ revocationRequestFormData.submitTime|format\_datetime(‚medium‘, ‚short‘, locale=‚de-DE‘) }} eingereicht.

Habt ihr auch dieses Problem?

E-Mails über das Widerrufsformular im Onlineshop funktionieren.

Ja, das ist bei mir auch so. Die Daten des Zitats (also das Versanddatum) liegen im Backend für eine Testmail einfach nicht vor.  
Shopware macht es einem weiterhin schwer, Mails vorab zu testen.

Immer wieder interessant wie bei Shopware neue Funktionen eingebaut werden, die man aber offensichtlich selber nicht korrekt testet. Aber wenn du ein SW6 Plugin in den Store einbinden willst, gibt es 100 Richtlinien zum Qualitätsstandard. Das ist irgendwie eine seltsame Entwicklung bei Shopware und ich bin lange dabei um das Beurteilen zu können.

Danke. Mit Shopware 6.7.11.1 geht es bei mir auch nicht.
