# Taxes not working as expected?

Hi there,

I want to configure this:

Customer country = NL: tax = 21%  
Customer country = DE: tax = 19%

I tried to configure this using configuration =\> basic settings =\> taxes. I added a tax named 21% there, like the screenshot attached. But it’s not working: the original 19% tax is always used. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?
