# Support für 5er Version

Hallo zusammen,

gibt es eine Info wie lange die 5er Version supportet wird. Ich frage weil jemand gerade mit Shopware starten will und einen 5er Shop anstelle eines 6er aufsetzen will und ich davon eigentlich eher abraten würde weil die 5er Version sicher nicht endlos supportet wird.

Meine Einschätzung: SW 6 hat noch nicht genug (ausgereifte) Features. Manche Agenturen sind auch noch nicht richtig fit was SW 6 angeht. Derzeit würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
