# Suchfeld im Header ausblenden (5.3)

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Suche, bzw. das Suchfeld im Header auszublenden?

Im **eigenen** Theme Datei&nbsp;themes/Frontend/MEIN-THEME/frontend/index/shop-navigation.tpl mit folgendem Inhalt erstellen

```

Ein freundliches Hallo in die Runde. Funktioniert das immer noch wie beschrieben? Hab die Version 5.4.6, ein Template mit dem Templatemanager abgeleitet, im Webspace meinem Template eine shop-navigation.tpl mit oben beschriebenen Inhalt verpasst, dass Thema mit dem Template Manager kompiliert und das Suchfeld ist immer noch da. Was mach ich falsch?

Meine Lösung:

1. Eigenes Theme im Backend erstellen.
2. Aus dem Bare Theme [httpdocs/themes/Frontend/Bare/frontend/index] die shop-navigation.tpl entnehmen&nbsp;
3. In das zuvor erstellte eigene Theme in den Pfad [httpdocs/themes/Frontend/DEINTHEME/frontend/index] kopieren.
4. Dort folgenden Block löschen oder auskommentieren:

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; {block name=‚frontend\_index\_search‘}  
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;

Nicht vergessen den Cache in Shopware zu löschen.

Das Suchfeld ist entfernt.
