# Subject-Feld in Kontakt-Formular vorbelegen

Hallo,

ich möchte gern in den Produktdetails einen Link „Fragen zum Produkt“ unterbringen.  
Eigentlich reicht mir dazu das Standard-Kontakt-Formular:

```auto
{% sw_extends '@Storefront/storefront/component/buy-widget/buy-widget.html.twig' %}

```

Ich möchte aber noch das Betreff-Feld mit dem Inhalt von `{{ page.product.translated.name }}` vorbelegen. Kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit, wie man das erreicht, ohne neue Formulare und Controller zu basteln?

danke für den Hinweis. Ein zusätzliches Plugin, neben dem Theme, möchte ich nicht nutzen.
