# Strato Managed Server D500 Installation

Hallo,

wir haben einen Strato Managed Server D500. Magento, XT:C, OpenCard bekomme ich ohne Probleme zum laufen.

Nur Shopware will einfach nicht. Wir wollen die Version Shopware 5.2.7 installieren. Beim aufrufen der Domain bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung **500 - Interner Serverfehler**. Wenn ich den Direktlink recovery/install/index.php auffrufe, komme ich zwar zum Installer aber sobald ich auf den „WEITER“ Button drücke bekomme ich wieder eine Fehlermeldung " **500 - Interner Serverfehler**" **"Das angegebene Skript: [http://www.moto-logic.de/recovery/install/index.php/requirements/?language=de](http://www.moto-logic.de/recovery/install/index.php/requirements/?language=de) konnte nicht fehlerfrei ausgeführt werden!"**

**Nach 2 Tagen weiß ich nun echt nicht weiter ☹**

MSQL Verion 5.5.50

PHP V. 7.0.10 wurde auch schon mit 5.6 versucht.

Was ist, wenn du&nbsp;RewriteBase auskommentierst?

Liegt Shopware in einem Unterordner oder ähnl.?

So sieht die Struktur aus! Die Domain wurde direkt auf den logic ordner geleitet. Darin befinden sich die Showare Dateien&nbsp;(recovery,&nbsp;vendor etc.)

Das bingt er als Fehlermeldung wenn ich versuche die install aufzurufen und auszuführen&nbsp;

Existiert logic/recovery/install/index.php? Wenn ja, mit korrekten Rechten (so, daß der Webserver es ausführen kann)?

Evtl. wurde die Datei auch fehlerhaft hochgeladen. Am besten lädst Du alles noch einmal hoch oder - besser - entpackst Shopware direkt auf dem Server, wenn Du einen SSH-Account hast.

Hallo TimmeHosting,

die install/index.php existiert und ist mit den Rechten 777 versehen. Die Dateien wurden mittels SSH auf dem Server entpackt ;)&nbsp;
