Hallo , ich habe ein Problem bei Storytelling wenn ich Sideview-Element auswähle und ein Banner reinsetzt zeigt er mir diesen in der Front leider nicht an …die Produkte schon ??? dann sieht es so aus [http://www.haleico.de/#emotion–start](http://www.haleico.de/#emotion--start) hat da einer eine Idee woran das liegen könnte oder auch Shopware selber 🙂 Gruß Ulli ---

Hallo Ulli, also unter dem von dir angegebenen Link kann ist zur Zeit garkein Sideview-Element eingebaut, nur Banner- und Produkt-Slider. Daher schlecht zu sagen wo das Problem liegt 🙂 Beste Grüße, Aaron ---

Hallo, für das Sideview-Element wird bei dir kein background-image eingetragen. Kann dir aber definitiv bestätigen, dass das eigentlich gehen sollte. Deinstallier mal das emotionAdvanced-Plugin komplett und installiere es neu. Vll gehts dann. Grüße. ---

Hallo, danke für den Tipp aber haben wir alles schon gemacht wir laden auch einen Banner aber er zeigt ihn nicht an . Könnte vieleicht mal einer vom Shopwareteam drüberschauen ich habe extra eine Version gekauft wegen dem Ding 🙂 ☹ ---
