# Statistiken im Dashboard

Hi,

ich beobachte aktuell das die Schnellstatistiken auf dem Dashboard seit 2 Tagen mal da sind und mal nicht.

Ist das noch wem aufgefallen?

In der aktuellsten Version tut sie bei einem Kunden nicht mehr. Angezeigt werden sie aber immer.

wie meinst du das?

Den Satz versteh ich gerade nicht.

Bei mir ist das heute nach jedem Einloggen unterschiedlich. Aktuell ist die Statistik wieder zu sehen.

Ok.

Ich habe einen Verdacht. Das Plugin " Verlassene Warenkorb (Abandoned Carts)" wird von uns genutzt und dieses hat gestern ein Update erhalten mit dem Namen

Version 1.3.11

- Metriken zur Umwandlung von abgebrochenen Warenkörben zum Verwaltungs-Dashboard hinzugefügt

Jetzt werden auch vor den „Shopware“ Statistiken zum ersten Mal wiederhergestellte Warenkörbe angezeigt - aber wenn diese gestern ins Dashboard eingegriffen haben, dann wird das wahrscheinlich auch der Übeltäter sein.

Ich habe die Entwickler mal angeschrieben.

Ich sehe die Statistik immer, aber es werden keine tagesaktuellen Werte angezeigt sondern 0 Umsatz für den Tag.

Die Tagesstatistiken sind bei mehrere Shops verschwunden. Ich gehe davon aus, dass eine Erweiterungsinkompatibilität dafür verantwortlich ist.
