# SSL Problem auf de Explorer 11

hallo zusammen,

shopware läuft seit 14 Tage eigentlich problemlos. Allerdings kommen Kunden die den Explorer 11 haben nicht auf die Startseite mit den einkaufswelten, sie sehen nur die Sanduhr und das wars. Ich habe die Seite auf einem Test Server gespiegelt und&nbsp;ohne ssl laufen lausen. Ohne SSL kann man problemlos die Startseite sehen und einkaufen auf dem Explorer 11.&nbsp;

Ich bin schon mit den Ideen am Ende.&nbsp;

Bitte prüfe mal unter [SSL Checker](https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html) , ob mit dem SSL-Zertifikat alles ok ist.
