Hallo ,

Eine Kundin hat als Sprache Englisch angegeben , jedoch werden keine Emails versendet.

Wie wird auf die Sprachen Email Templates zugegriffen ? Muss dazu ein neues Business Event bzw. ein neuer Flow im Flow Builder angelegt werden , trotz dem deutsch sprachigem Email Template ?

SW 6.4.20 mit PHP 8.1.16

Hallo,  
ich habe das gleiche Problem. Gab es hierzu eine Lösung?  
Oder gibt es vielleicht jemand der einen Tip zu dem Problem geben kann?
