# Sofort by Klarna funktioniert nach Update auf 2.0.4 nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben das Sofort. by Klarna Plugin im Einsatz. Dieses haben wir auf die aktuellste Version geupdated, da wir plötzlich folgenden Fehler bekommen haben. Das passierte bei jeder Bestellung

Nach Update auf 2.0.4 wird die Bestellung überhaupt nicht mehr ausgeführt. Nach abschicken der Bestellung wird man auf folgende URL weitegeleitet&nbsp;[https://xxx.de/SofortPayment/redirect](https://xxx.de/SofortPayment/redirect) aber danach passiert nichts. Ich werde nach einer bestimmten Zeit einfach wieder auf die Startseite umgeleitet.

Die Bewertungen des Plugins im Shopware Store sprechen ja für sich. Anscheinend bin ich nicht der einzige mit diesen Problemen. Der Support will mir leider auch nicht weiterhelfen. Hat irgendjemand einen Lösungsansatz für das Problem?

Any suggestions? I’m also facing the same issue and even [hotmail login](https://one2step.net/hotmail-login-sign-up) talked with the so-called official support, but no help from them as well. So, any experienced help will be appreciated
