# Shopware Update Fehler " 0-communication failure"

Hallo ich kann das neue Update 5.1.3 nicht installieren. Es kommt immer der Fehler 0-communication failure. Weis einer ne Idee ?
Das letze Update davor ging ohne Probleme.

Moin,
in den meisten Fällen ist dieser Fehler ein Timout, dein Server kann das Script also nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit abarbeiten, was in der Regel an zu langsamen Servern liegt, meist sind es ja nur vHosts… Prüfe bitte, ob du die Mindestanforderungen erfüllst und wann genau der Updater abbricht, das wäre gut zu wissen, je nachdem, was gemacht wird, ist es nämlich auch normal, dass es lange dauert (wenn du zB von 4.x.x kommst und der Updater eine Menge nicht mehr benötigter Daten löscht.)

Hallo,
also per Shopware konnte ich das Update nicht ausführen, dahe rhab ich es manuell versucht nach Anleitung…

Nun geht garnichts mehr:

Hab jetzt wieder 5.1.2 installiert … zumindest kommt ich zur Installationsrotine, nun der Fehler…

Ohh mein Gott, läuft wieder, falls noch jemand das Problem haben sollte, ich habe die Config.php von dem Backup vor 2 Wochen überschrieben.
