# Shopware Update Error

Hallo liebe Shopware-Community,

&nbsp;

wir bekommen bei unseren Shopware Shop eine Fehlermeldung, sofern wir ein Update einspielen möchten.

Es macht keinen Unterschied ob es manuell oder per Backend versucht wird. Leider ist Google für die Fehlermeldung nicht sehr hilfreich.

Wäre top wenn Ihr helfen könntet.

Error

Received an error message.

**Message:** SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 6 column 2 of the JSON data

Please try to fix this error and restart the update.

Falls Du Google PageSpeed nutzt, würde ich es testhalber mal deaktivieren - evtl. liegt es daran.

Alle Plugins wurden deaktiviert für das Update.  
Eine vielleicht nicht so unnütze Information: Die Shopware Version ist 5.1.1

Wenn ich in der .htaccess Google PageSpeed via “ModPagespeed off”, deaktiviere gibt es ein Internal Server Error.

Neu angelegte Shops können geupdated werden ohne Probleme.Jemand eventuell noch eine Idee?

Niemand eine Idee? Das Problem besteht leider weiterhin und es handelt sich insgesamt um&nbsp;17 Shops. Der Aufwand alle neu zu erstellen wäre doch recht hoch.

Beim letzten Test kam der Fehler:

Error

Die Shops die sich nicht updaten lassen komen alle aus einem Basisshop welcher kopiert wurde. Der Basisshop lässt sich auch updaten nur die “Clone” nicht.

mal testweise das mod\_pagespeed Modul komplett deaktiviert, also a2dismod pagespeed? Danach nicht vergessen, den Webserver neu zu starten
