# Shopware Plugin "Anpassbare Popups" Fehler: Destination directory /httpdocs/custom/apps is not writable

Hallo,

das Plugin lässt sich bei mir nicht installieren und bricht mit dem o.g. Fehler ab.

- alle anderen Plugins funktionieren einwandfrei
- den Ordner /apps gibt es gar nicht, der heißt /plugins

Jemand eine Idee was bei mir nicht stimmt?

Welche Shopware Version nutzt du? Die (Cloud - ) „Apps“ können erst ab der 6.4.0.0 genutzt werden.

Das habe ich vergessen zu erwähnen: 6.4.1.2  
Aber, daran könnte es liegen, dass die nur für die cloud-Variante gedacht ist, daher auch der falsche Pfad?  
Ich habe nämlich nicht die cloud-Lösung.

Die Cloud Apps gehen normalerweise auch bei der selbst gehosteten Variante. Leg ansonsten einfach mal unter „custom“ den Ordner „apps“ an - vielleicht reicht das schon. Im Normalfall wird der Ordner beim Update erstellt.

Super Tipp - vielen Dank!! Das war tatsächlich die Lösung.  
Da du dich ja bestens auskennst…habe bereits in einem anderen Thread nachgefragt aber kein Feedback:  
kann man den aktuellen Lagerbestand bei den Produkten im Shop anzeigen? Der Kunde sieht z.B. „nur noch 3 Stück verfügbar“.
