# Shopware mit Strato Managed Server

Hi, hat jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit Strato Managed Server ??? Ich bekomme einfach kein Shopware auf dem Managed Server zum laufen… Die Vorraussetzungen sind alle auf Grün auch mit dem Shopware Check !!! Die Installation läuft auch erfolgreich durch nur leider ist nach der Installation das Front-End und das Backend nicht erreichbar. ([http://www.planetcarp.de](http://www.planetcarp.de)) Ich habe die Installation jetzt schon mehrfach wiederholt auch mit älteren Shopware Versionen!! Auf unserem Strato WebHosting Paket funktioniert die Installation ohne jegliche Probleme ([http://www.planet-carp.de](http://www.planet-carp.de)) Vieleicht kann mir einer helfen und hatte schon die gleichen Erfahrungen mit Strato ansonsten muss ich wohl zu einem anderen Provider wechseln und den Server wieder kündigen!!! Es kommt im Frontend beim Aufruf der Webseite der Fehler: Fatal error: Call to a member function getId() on a non-object in /pages/17/c9/d0010930/home/htdocs/planetcarp/engine/Shopware/Components/Snippet/Manager.php on line 117 503 Service Unavailable In der Strato Access LOG Datei steht dann folgendes: [error] [client 66.249.67.0] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‚LimitInternalRecursion‘ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‚LogLevel debug‘ to get a backtrace.

Hast Du die Möglichkeit, eine andere PHP-Version zu nutzen? Ich vermute, Du nutzt den IonCube-Loader mind. in der Version 4.6.0 (sonst hätte der Installer bei der Installation meckern müssen)?

Ein Problem mit der .htaccess könnte es vermutlich auch sein.
