Hallo,
das ist vielleicht ein blöde Frage aber wie mache ich ein minor Update über den Webupdater? Konkret geht es darum, dass wir von 6.5.8.7 auf 6.5.8.10 updaten wollen aber in der Shopware-Aktualisierung wird mir immer nur die Version 6.6.2.0 angezeigt.

Update einfach ausführen. Nach dem Downlod der phar Datei kannst du im ersten Schritt per Dropdown die zu installierende Version auswählen.
