Hi,  
schau mal hier → [Bestellbestätigung kommt in code - #3 von D\_Hoffmann](https://forum.shopware.com/t/bestellbestaetigung-kommt-in-code/95616/3)  
Nach Anpassung der Sendmail.php hat es bei mir auch geklappt.
