Wenn ich Fremd Plugins herunterladen will (über Lizenzmanager Tool) kommt immer die folgende Meldung

**Die Authentifizierung auf dem SBP-Server ist fehlgeschlagen.**

**Error code: UserTokensException-0**

Ich arbeite mit meiner offiziellen ShopwareID und Passwort, mit dem ich auch aufs backend zugreife ???
