# Shopware Installation - benötige Hilfe

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage bzgl. der Installation von Shopware. Hab hier schon einiges gefunden, komme allerdings nicht wirklich weiter. Hoster: Sysprovide Habe eine Subdomain, erzeugt [shop.martin-mustermann.de](http://shop.martin-mustermann.de) (martin-mustermann = meine ist identisch aufgebaut) Verzeichnis im Root angelegt /shop Per Filezilla sie install.php dort rein kopiert und mit [shop.martin-mustermann.de/install.php](http://shop.martin-mustermann.de/install.php) aufgerufen. Laut Anzeige des Install Tools alles OK bis auf magic\_quotes (Benötigt 0 // vorhanden 1) (rotes x) Benötigte Daten eingegeben. Beim Verzeichnis [shop.martin-mustermann.de](http://shop.martin-mustermann.de) (ohne Unterverzeichnis). ionCube ohne Daten ausgewählt. Installation erfolgreich durchgeführt. Dann Backend über das Tool aufgerufen. Als Hinweis kommt dann: „The requested url/backend/index was not found on this Server”. Von hier aus komme ich nicht weiter. Kann mir jemand sagen woran das liegt?

Es könnte sein, dass mod\_rewrite nicht aktiviert ist bzw. die htaccess Datei nicht interpretiert wird. Wird Apache als Webserver verwendet?

Zudem wirst Du nach der Installation keinen Spass haben, denn es scheint Dich ja nicht weiter gestört zu haben, dass die magic\_quotes an sind. Damit zerschiesst Du Dir anschließend den Shop. # php\_flag magic\_quotes\_gpc off Hier mal die Raute entfernen oder in der php.ini magic\_quotes\_gpc = off einstellen und Apache durchstarten.

Hast du ein Shared/Managed Hosting, kann das i.d.R nur die Technik deines Providers oder es geschieht automatisch wenn Du die php.ini editierst und abspeicherst…

Die .htaccess nach Installation auf php\_flag magic\_quotes\_gpc off das bewirkt nichts. Apache kann ich wohl nicht selber starten. Hab da mal den Hoster angeschrieben. Vielleicht kann er mir sagen, welche Dateien und wo genau zu ändern sind. Und ob Apache neu gestartet werden muss. Ansonsten muss ich halt wieder Veyton zurückgreifen. Wäre aber schade.

Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hoster klappt die Installation jetzt einwandfrei. Backend kann aufgerufen werden. Hier noch der Inhalt der .htaccess. Diese kommt vor der Installation ins Installationsverzeichnis und nach der Installation nochmals durchführen, da zumindest bei mir, diese gelöscht worden ist. Wie gesagt für Sysprovide Hoster
