# Shopware Fehler - Modul Shopware.apps.Customer

Hallo,

wir bekommen seit gestern folgende Fehlermeldung direkt nach dem Login ins Backend:  
Modul: Shopware.apps.Customer  
Pfad der Anforderung: /backend/customer/load/  
Art des Fehlers: SyntaxError  
Fehlermeldung: ‘’ string literal contains an unescaped line break

Stack-Trace:

Wir haben die SW Version 5.5.8. Auch ein Update auf 5.5.10 hat nicht geholfen.  
Soweit lassen sich alle Fenster im Backend öffnen, bis auf den Punkt “Kunden”.

Plugins haben wir auch schon deinstalliert und es mit dem Sicherheitsmodus versucht.  
Cache haben wir auch schon gelöscht.  
In der Programmierung haben wir auch nichts verändert. Nur ein eigenes Child-Template angelegt und  
die .tpl Dateien angepasst. Das sollte aber nicht das BE betreffen oder.

So langsam gehen mir die Ideen aus und Dr. Google konnte mir auch noch nicht helfen…

Hat jemand noch eine Idee?

Tritt das Problem auch noch auf, wenn Du die Änderungen rückgängig machst?

Hi,  
ich hab die Änderungen von gestern aus den Templates wieder rausgenommen und auch mal auf das Standard Template „Bare“ gewechselt.  
Beides ohne effekt.

Nach langem suchen, konnten wir den Fehler weiter eingrenzen.  
Es liegt an den Textbausteinen. Das war das letzte, das der Kunde geändert hatte.  
Wir haben das Backup der Tabelle eingespielt, die Fehlermeldung war weg und man kann jetzt die Kundenliste wieder aufrufen.

Jetzt müssen wir nur mal schauen, was der Kunde da eingetragen hat. 🙂
