Hi, die ‚Permission denied‘-Meldung / die Mails kommen, wenn jemand im Backend nicht mehr angemeldet ist und versucht eine Aktion durchzuführen. Die Meldungen haben also nicht wirklich etwas zu bedeuten. Wenn gewünscht, kann im Backend in den Grundeinstellungen auch der Session-Timeout für das Backend erhöht werden. Heiner

Hey @HannaSA ,
Heiner from Shopware mentioned in his posting, that it is actually not a real error but a warning, that someone with a timed out backend session tries to make a action in the backend.
If needed, you can modify the session timeout for backend customers in your base configuration.
