# Shopware Cloud , Shop nicht mehr erreichbar,SSL

Hallo,

habe leider das gleiche Problem

[Hier mein Beitrag](https://forum.shopware.com/t/domain-umgeleitet-shop-nur-unter-https-shopname-de-zu-erreichen-mit-www-shopname-de-nicht-erreichbar/93805)

und es liegt definitiv nicht am SSL Zertifikat, denn wenn ich die Domain auf dem Server nutze, dann geht alles sowohl [www.domainname.de](http://www.domainname.de) als auch [domainname.de](http://domainname.de) und sobald ich die Domain auf die IP der shopware cloud umleite geht nur noch domainame aber kein www mehr.

Leider habe ich auch keine Ahnung woran das liegt und hoffe das sich hierzu mal jemand meldet…

@Agnellino weisst du schon woran es gelegen hat ?
