# Shopware checkout not loading

unfortunately your attached image is not loading properly.

Can you try to describe what’s happening once you open the checkout page?

Hey @Kwazi083\_‍,

this seems to be an actual PHP server error then.  
You should find more detailed information about that issue in your server logs, your hoster might help you with that task.

Also you could try to enable the [debug configuration of Shopware](https://en-community.shopware.com/_detail_1961.html?_ga=2.234889665.1928888696.1528273480-235828120.1523274779#Debug_configuration), as this might also print the actual core error message.
