# Shopware admin page shows "Internal Server Error" " Make sure there is a loader supporting". Can't log in

Hello,

My shopware admin page shows:

{„errors“:[{„code“:„0“,„status“:„500“,„title“:„Internal Server Error“,„detail“:„[Semantical Error] The annotation \u0022@Since\u0022 in method SwagExtensionStore\Controller\DataController::getExtensionList() was never imported. Did you maybe forget to add a \u0022use\u0022 statement for this annotation? in /www/htdocs/w01ddd9f/lecho-electrics.com/custom/plugins/SwagExtensionStore/src/Controller/DataController.php (which is being imported from \u0022/www/htdocs/w01ddd9f/lecho-electrics.com/custom/plugins/SwagExtensionStore/src/Resources/config/routes.yaml\u0022). Make sure there is a loader supporting the \u0022annotation\u0022 type.“}]}

How can I solve it?

Looking for everyone’s help, thank you very much!

Many people have the same issue but still no solution for.  
We just deactivated the plugin via database. Frontend and Backend are working again but the store connection isn’t available without the Shopware Store Extension.

Thank you for your reply.  
We should be able to remove SwagExtensionStore directly from the database. Then reinstall it.

Hi erveryone

I am relative new to shopware. I came from magento.  
How can I reinstall SwagExtensionStore?  
In magento I can install via app/code or composer.json but in my composer.json there is no entry for SwagExtensionStore.

Maybe, you can try going through these two options.
