# Shopware Account Bankkonto

Hallo, beim Versuch im Shopware-Account ein Bankkonto (paypal) hinzuzufügen bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung: ….Überprüfe die Angaben…..usw. Meine IBAN stimmt und das Geburtsdatum auch. Ist bei auch so Paypal hinterlegt.  
Hat jemand eine Idee, das wäre toll. Danke im voraus.

Unter [https://www.shopware.com/de/](https://www.shopware.com/de/) gibt es unten einen Telefonnummer. Am besten anrufen und das Problem direkt klären. Wird vermutlich deutlich einfacher sein als per E-Mail hin und her.

Danke. Da habe ich schon angerufen. Die haben mich hierhin verwiesen da ich keine Bezahlversion habe.

Du redest von [account.shopware.com](http://account.shopware.com) und nicht von einer Einstellung innerhalb deiner Shopware CE Installation?

Falls account, dann hast du dich am Telefon vermutlich missverständlich ausgedrückt. Da kann dir niemand im Forum helfen.
