# Shopware 6 SMTP Problem mit Microsoft Exchange

Hallo zusammen,

nein - für den Versand per SMTP wird mind. eine Microsoft 365 Business Basic Lizenz für das entsprechende Postfach/email Adresse benötigt, über welche ausgehende emails rausgehen sollen.

Darüber hinaus muss im Microsoft 365 Admin Center unter Benutzer → Aktive Benutzer beim entsprechenden Konto beim Reiter E-Mail → E-Mail Apps die Funktion „Authentifiziertes SMTP“ aktiviert sein (per Default ist das bei neueren Konten bei Office 365 aus Sicherheitsgründen deaktiviert).

Anschließend verwendet Ihr folgende SMTP Einstellungen:

Mail Host: [smtp.office365.com](http://smtp.office365.com)  
SMTP Benutzername: email Adresse  
SMTP Passwort: das dazugehörige Kennwort  
Standard Port: 587  
Verbindungs-Präfix: tls  
Verbindungs-Authentifizierung: login
