# Shopware 6 REST API - "Product by id not found" obwohl es existiert

Hallo zusammen,

wir sind auf einen Fehler gestoßen, bei welchem uns die API folgende Meldung wiedergibt:

        {
            "status": "404",
            "code": "CONTENT__PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND",
            "title": "Not Found",
            "detail": "Product for id 00b11d6583c643758a4f3854a35e0b96 not found.",

                }
            }
        }
    ]

```

Diese Meldung bekommen wir, obwohl dieser ganz offensichtlich existiert. Das sieht man alleine daran, dass die selbe ID, in der URL der Produkt-Page hinterlegt ist:  
„[https://www.my-url.de/admin#/sw/product/detail/00b11d6583c643758a4f3854a35e0b96/base](https://www.my-url.de/admin#/sw/product/detail/00b11d6583c643758a4f3854a35e0b96/base)“

Nun zu meiner Frage: Was kann man hier machen? Löschen und neu anlegen des Artikels stellt wirklich die aller letzte Option da, habt Ihr andere Lösungsvorschläge?

Eine Antwort wäre nicht schlecht. Wir haben hier das gleich Problem nachdem wir einen Import Export gemacht haben der nur die Artikelnamen angepasst hat.

Moin zusammen,

leider haben wir keine Lösung für das Problem finden können. Sind wohl höhere Mächte im Spiel 🙂

Ich bin wiedermal auf dieses Problem gestossen und dieses Mal lag es daran, dass die Einstellung `Produkte nach Abverkaufende ausblenden` aktiviert war.

Sobald ich diese Einstellung deaktivert habe, liess sich die URL ohne `ProductNotFoundException` Fehler aufrufen.
