# Shopware 6 Plugin / Erweiterung Installation nicht möglich Poupfenster schließt

Bei dem Versuch eine neues Plugin / Erweiterung zu installieren, wird das Poupfenster, zum bestätigen der Installation bzw. kauf kurz angezeigt und verschwindet sofort wieder, so dass keine Erweiterungen mehr installiert werden können.  
Jemand das Problem schon gehabt und ggf. eine Lösung!

Hier das Fenster was nur für eine Millisekunde auftaucht und dann sofort wieder weg ist:
