# shopware 6 oder 5? Pluginprobleme

Guten Abend, ich kann bei mir keine plugins installieren. da kommt immer wieder die Meldung.&nbsp;

**Error**

Your Shopware version is not compatible with the requested license

Error code: OrdersException-7

&nbsp;

Komisch scheint mir dabei, dass im Backend shopware 5 als installiertes System angezeigt wird und im shopware accaunt - shopware 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Was würdet Ihr mir empfehlen zu tun?

Wenn du die Version nicht runterstellen kannst. Ruf einfach bei Shopware an.&nbsp;
