# Shopware 6 doesn't send email

Hello,

I configured SMTP server, but Shopware 6 still doesn’t send an email on any event (order confirmation, newsletter subscription…). I try to send mail through the command line (swiftmailer:email:send) and it works.

Did you assign the order confirmation to the sales-channel?
