# Shopware 6 Commercial lässt sich nicht installieren

Fehlermeldung:

An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‚(JSON\_ARRAY()), `created_at` DATETIME(3) NOT NULL, `u‘ at line 5

Was hast du für eine Datenbank Version? Wurde beim Shop zwischenzeitlich die Datenbank gewechselt?  
Ähnliche Fehler hatten wir beim Wechsel von MariaDB auf MySQL8.

MySQL 5.7 ist aktiviert und es wurde da nichts dran geändert.

Empfohlen ist MySQL Version 8, vielleicht das auch die Ursache.

Danke dir für den Hinweis bzgl. MySQL 8. Das ist es natürlich, Shopware Support sagt das gleiche. Da es bis auf die Commercial Erweiterung bisher noch nirgendwo gehakt hatte, bin ich nicht von der MySQL Version als möglicher Fehlerquelle ausgegangen…
