# Shopware 6.5.7.3 - Kunden keine E-Mails erhalten

Hallo,
Ich habe einen weiteren Fehler in der Shopversion 6.5.7.3, nämlich dass Kunden keine E-Mails erhalten.
Wenn ich in die Einstellungen der „E-Mail-Vorlagen“ gehe, wird dieser Fehler angezeigt:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‚criteria‘)

Hallo,
wir haben auch das Problem, dass die E-Mails nicht versendet werden.
Konntest du das Problem inzwischen lösen und woran lag es?
