# Shopware 6.4.20.2 Update Installation hängt sich auf/fehlgeschlagen - Wie Installation beenden?

Guten Morgen, ich habe gestern Mittag die Installation von dem Update Version 6.4.20.2 gestartet.  
Die Installation ist leider fehlgeschlagen.  
Wie beende ich den Installationsvorgang? Bzw wie komme ich da raus?

Hallo,  
files/backup/auto\_update/dummy löschen. Die Datei ist von einem früheren Updateversuch übrig geblieben. Steht aber in der Fehlermeldung explizit drin.
