Hallo liebe Community, seit geraumer Zeit haben wir auf ständig unterschiedlichen Seiten einen 500er Server Error. Wir sind auf der aktuellsten Version 5.6.2 und hosten auf einem performance starken Dedicated Server bei Hetzner. Wie kann das zustande kommen? Unser Agentur ist leider komplett ratlos und wir mittlerweile ebenso. Ich habe dazu einen PHP-Errorlog erstellen lassen, habe aber keine Ahnung wie ich die Inhalte des Logs zu deuten habe. In der Liste gibt es zigtausende (fast 7000) PHP Fatal errors. Kann mir hier jmd weiterhelfen? Viele Grüße Sascha ---

Erhöhe mal mit deinem Hoster das Memory Limit - 512MB ist der empfohlene Wert, da 256MB sich als Minimum auf eine Standard Umgebung ohne Plugins beziehen. ---

Vielen Dank für eure Antworten.   1. Den Arbeitsspeicher haben wir auf 512 MB erhöht. Ich beobachte den PHP Error Log und hoffe, dass zumindest dieser eine Fehler nicht mehr auftritt.  2. Das mit dem TC-Plugin habe ich dem Entwickler geschickt. 3. Wenn ich das richtig sehe, ist der Fehler mit dem „Unable to load template file 'widgets/error/generic\_error.tpl“ der mit Abstand am häufig auftretende Fehler. Hier noch ein paar andere Fehlermeldung. Man könnte meinen, dass euer Shop in einem schlimmen Zustand ist. Zahlreiche Plugins verursachen hier die Fehlermeldungen. Vielleicht mal schauen ob eure Plugins auf aktuellen Stand sind + der euer Shop selber. Dermaßen viele Fehler kenne ich nur von Shops, die ewig nichts mehr an ihrem Shop gemacht haben, also wo der Shop nur vor sich hinläuft.   > PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Wrong parameters for Zend\_Db\_Statement\_Exception  Verursacher Plugin DreiscSeo   > Unable to load template file ‚widgets/error/generic\_error.tpl‘ Woher das kommt weiß ich zur Stunde nicht. Nochmals danke für deine Antwort. Der Shop ging für teuer Geld erst am 12. September diesen Jahres online! Seitdem ist das Problem mit hoher Prio kommuniziert und bisher gab es leider keinen funktionierenden Lösungsansatz. Morgen werd ich dazu mit der Agentur telefonieren… ---

Lässt sich evtl hier jemand finden, der gegen Bezahlung die Error-Logs überprüft und Handlungsanweisungen geben kann? Gerne auch per PM, wenn das den Forumsrichtlinien entspricht?!
