Ist denn /sitemap.xml in Deinem Shop vorhanden und enthält sie URLs? ---

Wurde denn schon eine Sitemap erstellt? Ggf. steht in den Einstellung ja „manuell“ und das wurde noch nicht gemacht? Und wenn automatisch: Ist der cronjob aktiv und wird durch einen externen Cron getriggert? Steffffie hat auch Recht, was die Datei betrifft, allerdings leitet bei mir sitemap.xml auf sitemap\_index.xml um. ---

Hallo, danke für deine Infos, die Sitemap ist erstellt und der XML Feed ist auch richtig. Google hat auch keinen Fehler gefunden, jedoch dann bei der Verarbeitung kommt der 404 Error. ---

Hallo, danke für deinen Tipp, in der Tat ist die Sitemap vorhanden. Man kann sie auch aufrufen. Nur wird sie bei Google nicht verarbeitet, da ein 404 Error kommt. ---

Die sitemap wird je nach Größe gesplittet. In der **sitemap\_index.xml** wird auf die einzelnen Teilsitemaps verwiesen. Es sollte also mindesrtens ein Eintrag der Art ```xml https://www.xxxshop.de/web/sitemap/shop-1/sitemap-1.xml.gz 2023-01-25 ``` vorhanden sein. Ist die darin angebene Datei vorhanden? Sitemap aufrufen und gleichzeitig einen 404 „not found“ bekommen, kann eigentlich nicht sein. Ggf. ist auch die falsche Datei beim gockel hinterlegt. ---

Hallo, bei Schritt 2 kommt schon die Meldung „Konnte nicht abgerufen werden“. Du musst die Sitemap URL jedoch auch mit voller Domain angeben, also z.B. [https://www.deineshopdomain.de/sitemap\_index.xml](https://www.deineshopdomain.de/sitemap_index.xml) ---

@marco.steinhaeuser ich habe diese /web/sitemap/shop-3/sitemap-1.xml.gz Shop URL im Browser aufgerufen. Dann kommt die gezippte Datei. ![Screenshot 2023-01-26 211214](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/shopware/original/3X/3/b/3b097c99b6b5b98b79ee8644ef1416f358c93681.png) Die darin enthaltene XML Datei sitemap-1.xml lässt sich auch öffnen. ---
